We were called out to a house that had a garage door that was completely off the track due to old worn out rollers and an older spring. 

We replaced the old rollers with nylon sealed bearing rollers and replaced the springs with the stronger high-cycle longer-lasting springs to properly counter balance the garage door properly.

We had a customer who was out of town  when they had a leak in their house that caused the ceiling to come down and knock the door off track. 

We were called and we helped get the customer’s door back on track and operational. We reset springline and reshaped tracks, replaced worn plastic bushing rollers for nylon sealed bearing rollers, and used 7” stem rollers on top and bottom fixtures to better keep door on track. 

About this Project

We had a customer in Chandler, Arizona whose rollers were so worn out that it caused the door to come fall off the tracks, almost hitting his car.

He called us just in time to replace his rollers and get his door back on track, saving him from needing a new garage door completely or having any damage to his car!

We had a customer call us out to Mesa, Arizona due to their door being off the tracks and the hinges being broken.

We replaced the rollers, fixed the hinges, and then got the garage door back on the tracks so that the customer had a door that would work.

We were called out to a customer’s home in Chandler, Arizona due to them running into their garage door. As you can see, the door was hanging on by a thread.

With a situation like this, it can be dangerous removing the door due to the weight and lack of support. We carefully removed the door and installed the new garage door so that it was back in working order.
